Users of Carcon may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to your@email.com

2. Use the subject line: “Delete Account Request – CarCon”

3. Include the email address or user ID associated with your account

Once your request is received, we will verify the account ownership and process the deletion.

Data that will be deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information (email, username, user ID)

• Authentication credentials

• User-generated content associated with the account

• App usage data linked to the account

Data that may be retained

The following data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction or payment records (if applicable)

• Data required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance

Deletion timeframe

Account and data deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
